(1:30-3:30 Silent time)

1:30-2:30 Free Time/Siesta

2:30-3:30 Spiritual Reading

Mid-Afternoon Prayer [said privately]

3:30-4:25 Noviceship [Instruction]

4:30 Vespers & Office of Readings [in Choir]

5:30 Evening News [optional]
